Role: Product designer (ㆆ ᴗ ㆆ)
Project Overview
Not8 is a browser extension and web platform that helps product teams leave contextual feedback — text and video — directly on top of any live website. The goal was to streamline review cycles, remove context-switching, and make communication between designers, developers, and stakeholders faster and more visual.
My Contributions
UX flows, UI design, Onboarding, Empty states, Design system, Growth experiments.
Tools
Figma, Notion, Miro, Hotjar, Google Analytics.
Before redesign, the tool lacked clarity in user roles and visual hierarchy — users struggled to understand who saw what and how to act on it. After UX overhaul, each piece of feedback was linked to real people, content types were more distinct, and flows were consolidated.

Before: unclear feedback ownership, generic UI, friction in note sharing.
After: avatar-linked feedback, contextual actions, seamless sharing flow.
BEFORE & AFTER
- +42% faster feedback cycle from stakeholder to dev
- 2× usage growth after onboarding redesign
- Higher clarity and ownership — fewer back-and-forths in Slack.
IMPACT
Not8 taught me the power of clarity in collaboration tools. By reducing friction in giving and receiving feedback, we helped teams communicate with less noise and more intent.
